MCFL Mocha Latte  ("Latte")

Print Listing | Certificate | Histogram

Latte is a repeat of her tuxedo sister Miriah and was our first animal born here at Aurora Farm. Latte got her name because she is Mocha's daughter and because of the swirl of "foam" on her face.

Her birth was such an exciting event for us. Her long neck and legs were evident from the first as was that lustrous intense red fleece which incidentally processes beautifully.

Latte is the biggest and tallest girl on the farm and is our best guard only slightly above her sister Miriah. Maybe its in the genetics? We would put Latte up against any predator and chances are she would come out victorious.

Let’s not forget about her style and correct llama structure.

Consider Latte as a phenomenal guard for the experienced llama owner!

Miriah's Maderian Mocha

Medium Brown, 197849, Breeding

Mocha arrived with a cria on board and her 10 month old daughter Miriah in tow from the wonderful folks at McFarland's Llama Farm in Ohio. These were our first two animals on the farm.

She was the perfect animal to learn llamas with. She challenged us at first but we eventually won each other over.

Mocha is our foundation female. She is a wonderful producer and an easy birther. She seems to reproduce herself with some notible exceptions. Mocha's babies are all tall and stretchy!

Mocha is now retired from breeding and will live out her life with us here at Aurora.

Thanks Mocha!
