The Classifieds User Agreement

THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH LLAMANATION.COM OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO THE CLASSIFIEDS.

Welcome to LlamaNation LLC Classifieds User Agreement. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of The Classifieds at LlamaNation.com.  If you have any questions that our User Agreement does not answer, please contact customerservice@llamanation.com.

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective immediately when posted on our site. This agreement was last revised on May 19th, 2008.

1. Listing the Sale of Items

• Classified listings may only refer to used farm and llama related materials or equipment, guard dogs, and employment or help wanted situations. Listings advertising the sale of llamas, fiber or other services (including transportation) are strictly prohibited and will be deleted without prior notice.  
• Classified listings may include up to 3 photos. Each photo can be uploaded at the time the listing is created. If you have problems uploading your photos, you may email the photo files to customerservice@llamanation.com.
• You may edit or remove your Classified listing at any time by logging in and clicking on either the Edit/Remove links.  
• In order to keep The Classifieds current, listings will be deleted from the directory 90 days from the original date of post.

2. LlamaNation.com is only a Venue for Buyers and Sellers

• LlamaNation.com is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.
   
• We do not control the information provided by other users which is made available through our system. You may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive.  Please use caution, common sense, and practice safe trading when using our site. 

3. Control of Listings

• LlamaNation.com reserves the right to delete any listing that does not comply with the statutes stated above, or that is determined to be offensive in nature.
